Q: What internet browser is recommended?

A: We recommend that you use Chrome

 

Q: I’m using Chrome and I’m connected to my WiFi but a page in the Conference Platform still won’t load. What now?

A: Please try refreshing your cache. Do to so, please follow the instructions below.

1)     On your computer, open Chrome.

2)     At the top right corner, click the 3 vertical dots to More Menu.

3)     Click on History to open the browser History menu.

4)     On the left, click Clear Browsing Data and select your desired time range. To delete everything, select All Time.

5)     Next to Cached Images and Files, click the box.

6)     Click Clear data.

 

Q: What time zone is the conference being held in?

A: Eastern Time

 

Q: Will I be able to reach out to on-demand speakers with my questions?

A: Yes! Within their session details, there is a button that says, “Ask A Question”

 

Q: How can I speak with a Sponsor?

A: You can either join their chat during their designated chat times or you can contact sponsors via email within their website page.

 

Q: Where do I enter the Scavenger Hunt answers?

Q: What are the Scavenger Hunt hours?

A: April 13th from 2pm-3pm ET and April 14th from 1pm-2pm ET.

 

Q: What is the official conference hashtag?

A: #Prep21

 

Q: Will the live sessions be recorded and available after the conference?

A: Yes! All live sessions will be recorded and available to view after the conference.

 

Q: How will I access content after the conference?

A: The conference platform will remain live for 90 days after the conference. After that, all educational content will be moved to NACCHO University.
